About Centralyn

Who We Are

Centralyn is a client workspace for agencies, freelancers, accountants, law firms, consultants, and other service teams. It brings client information, work records, files, forms, invoices, and reminders together.

The aim is straightforward: make it easier to find the details, collect the information, and follow through on the work behind each client relationship.

Each organization has its own clients, members, files, and plan. Organization access controls keep workspaces separate, while owners and admins manage team membership and permissions.

Our Founder

Centralyn was founded by Sheraz Arshad, a software engineer, to help service businesses organize their day-to-day client work.

That focus shapes the product: flexible records for different professions, reusable templates for repeat work, and a shared workspace for the team.

Our Infrastructure

Documents and images are stored on Centralyn’s servers, which are hosted in Germany. We follow German regulations, and the service is managed from Germany, so your data stays under German data protection law. Storage allowances apply per organization, so you can choose capacity that fits your client work.
